3/16 Anywhere Hole Punch.
To make a hole in your paper: put hole punch upright on project where you would like the hole. Hit the end of the hole punch with a hammer. This tool is more versitile than a regular hole punch as it enables you to put the hole anywhere on your page- not just near the side.
