All unopened items may be returned within 30 days of your order for a full refund of the purchase price. Opened bags are subject to partial refunds. Orders over $50 are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping and handling is not refundable. Please make sure you include a copy of your invoice and use the required packaging and postage on all returns. We refuse all items that come to us "postage due".
All special orders are non refundable.

We ship orders via USPS Ground Advantage. If you would like faster service, you have the option to select Priority Mail in the drop-down menu. The cost of Priority Mail is $11.48
We gladly ship to international addresses and APO/FPO boxes. All international orders are shipped USPS First Class Air Mail. Any associated customs/duty charges are the customer's responsibility. Sorry, we cannot mark orders as "gifts" on the customs form.
